Basics

Name Valentin Kapitany
Label Researcher, Computer Vision
Summary I am a postdoc at the University of Glasgow, working at the intersection of machine learning, optics and computer vision. My work focuses on low-level image enhancements in smart biomedical microscopy (including image denoising, registration and super-resolution), and on AI explainability in smart 3D imaging and object detection (e.g. tracking information flow, identifying and removing data leakage).
